BALVIDA is a women-centered commune on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica established to bring balance to the world through a foundation of matriarchal principles by reconnecting women to their selves, each other, and the world around them.

BALVIDA features a mix of communal & private living accommodations, prioritizes sustainability efforts thru thoughtful permaculture design, and offers beautiful spaces to facilitate wellness, learning, spirituality, creating, sharing, healing, and living.

Balvida is currently in development, and envisioned as not just a home for the women who live here but as a place women from around the world can experience, explore, and engage in an intentional community founded on sustainable principles and provides endless opportunities for expansive growth.
