BALVIDA is being developed as a modern matriarchal commune on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica with a goal of furthering connection to ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
BALVIDA will feature a variety of beautiful communal & private living arrangements, prioritize sustainability efforts thru thoughtful permaculture design, and offer luxury amenities to facilitate wellness, learning, spirituality, creating, sharing, healing, and living.
BALVIDA will break ground in 2025, with the first phase taking around 9 months to complete.
