BALVIDA LOTTERY
BALVIDA is offering free 1-week stays every month in one of our guest suites. These stays are gifted through a lottery process and selected guests will be notified by October 30, 2026 of their session date. If your name is selected, you will have 30 days to confirm your stay by providing your flight itinerary.
How do I get there?
BALVIDA is located near Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica. You fly into San Jose airport (SJO) and will take a 3.5 hr ride to this area.
What is included?
Your suite is free for the week, as well as the transportation to/from the airport on the session start/end dates. You are responsible for your flights and spending money while here (food, gifts, tours, etc).
Some financial assistance may be available for flights. Travel outside of the arranged rides on the start/end date would be your responsibility as well.
What are the accommodations?
Each guest will have access to their own private suite in our completed communal house or guest houses. There are shared amenities in each building, including a kitchen and gym. Each session will be open to 3-5 other women, so theres opportunities for both solo exploring and socializing in a communal setting. There is wi-fi and BALVIDA is a 10-minute ride into town.
What can I do here?
The Puerto Viejo area is home to many beautiful beaches, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, waterfalls, restaurants, bars, boutiques, national parks, healing centers and practitioners.
